The following forms need to be completed and submitted on an annual basis. 2008 forms must be completed and submitted before participating in any BEKC 2008 karting events. Completed forms can be sent to Jim Sherwin at mailcode 7J-04 or can be given to the event director at any karting event. Blank forms will also be available at all karting events. These forms will require the Adobe Acrobat Reader for viewing or printing.
